Timeless Tradition Made New
Spread across 100 acres, the Alloro farm is a diversified landscape reminiscent of the Old World. Heritage sheep mow vineyard cover crops in early spring. Manure from Hereford cattle is spread in our hay fields as fertilizer. And seasonal bounty arrives at the table from a large garden, fruit orchards, and nut trees—to complement our grass-fed beef and lamb. Our annual Whole Farm Dinner celebrates a sustainable approach to food and wine and the pleasures of working close to the earth.
