CELLAR CLUB ANNUAL CASE PICKUP

Don’t forget to pick up your annual allocation!  This year’s wine is the 2012 Estate Pinot Noir.  This is a special pre-release for Cellar Club Members only, and will not be released to the public until August 2014.  This is the much publicized and eagerly awaited 2012 vintage.  This wine reveals ripe black and candied cherries, with characteristic rose petal, and hints of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg.  This wine is very full, with very focused fine texture, and lively acidity.  The long finish lingers with ripe black cherry fruit and baking spice. 

VALENTINE WEEKEND

Local Artisan Cheese Tasting & Wine Loop

Join us for our Annual local artisan cheese and wine tasting, featuring a sampling of cheese from Goldin Artisan Goat Cheese, Ancient Heritage Dairy, and Willamette Valley Cheese Company, each paired with an Alloro wine.  For this weekend only we will be pouring our limited production 2011 ‘Riservata’ Pinot noir (Tanzer 91pts Tanzer; WS 90pts) and 2012 Vino Nettare Dessert wine, along with other current releases.  $15/person.  Complimentary for Club Members.

We are participating with Raptor Ridge, Cooper Mountain, and Ardiri Winery in the 3rd Annual Valentine Wine Loop.  Take your sweetie around to all four and you’ll be entered to win a special “Wine Lovers Basket”

Join us for our annual Mothers’ Day Wine and Fine Chocolates Tasting.  The Meadow in Portland will be working with us to pair some of the World’s finest chocolates with our wines.  For this weekend only, we will be pouring our very limited production 2011 ‘Justina’ Pinot noir, along with other current releases.  $15/person.  Complementary for Club Members.

SUMMER WINE RELEASE

2013 Riesling & Rose of Pinot Noir

Usher in the summer with the very first sampling of our 2013 Estate Riesling and Rose.  These wines will be poured alongside other current releases, with some charcuterie to nibble on.

ALLORO GOES TO ‘TUSCANY’

Wine & Culinary Adventure

David and Tom are taking 12 individuals on a Wine and Culinary adventure to Tuscany, Italy.  With visits to Barone Ricasoli’s Castello Di Brolio in Gaiole in Chianti and Biondi-Santi in Montalcino, we will visit other smaller producers, have hands-on instruction in making gnocci, pizza, and bread, learn how cheese is made, and have time to explore the Tuscan countryside.  This trip is currently sold out, but call us to put your name on the wait list.
