WHOLE FARM DINNER

Over 90% of Ingredients Sourced From Our Estate

Award winning Chef Matthew Busetto, Executive Chef/Owner of the Firehouse Restaurant in Portland will prepare a feast with over 90% of the ingredients sourced right from our estate property.  This will be an intimate candlelit dinner served at the Farm Table in our Cellar, paired with Alloro wines.

The meal will be centered around our Spring Lamb and the glorious Summer fruits and vegetables from the Alloro garden.  This will be a meal made almost entirely from ingredients from our estate, paired with wines made here at the estate from estate fruit, all prepared and served here at the estate.  We’re giving a whole new meaning to ‘Local’!
